URGENT: Hardwood Federation Grassroots Alert

 

 

 

Dear Hardwood Federation Supporters:

 

It has come to our attention that Senator Wyden’s ‘HomeStar Program’ amendment is coming closer and closer to a Senate vote. This amendment would give tax incentives to individuals purchasing energy-efficient hardwood products (doors, windows, etc.) under the HomeStar Program. A similar amendment passed the House earlier this summer.

 

I urge you to please click here and send a quick, pre-written letter to Congress, asking your Senators to support this amendment. Also, we would appreciate your help in circulating this e-mail to any industry members you may know.
